PAYMENT PROCEDURE:
A deposit of 20% is required to reserve any trip.
Full payment is due within 10 days prior to trip date.
REFUND PROCEDURE:
Avila Express does not refund trips due to breakdowns, accidents or any other circumsatnce that is uncontrollable, however in the event such an incident should happen Avila Express will make every effort to ensure trip is completed as promised.
Trips are refunded in full if Avila Express is not able to initiate trip.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Trips paid in full are refunded (less deposit) if cancelled 30 days prior to trip date.
